Thermal Conductivity of Ionic Liquids and IoNanofluids. Can Molecular Theory Help?

Ionic liquids have been suggested as new engineering fluids, specifically in the area of heat transfer, and alternatives to current biphenyl diphenyl oxide, alkylated aromatics dimethyl polysiloxane oils, which degrade above 200 °C, posing some environmental problems. Addition nanoparticles produce stable dispersions/gels ionic has proved increase thermal conductivity base liquid, potentially contributing better efficiency transfer fluids. It is purpose this paper analyze prediction estimation IoNanofluids a function temperature, using molecular theory Bridgman methods previously developed for fluid. In addition, we consider that emphasize importance interfacial IL-NM modelling enhancement.
